ok i dont know what its called but on ebay they have a coil system with 4 coils 1 per cyl now is ebays good or should i get one from a trusted parts site? if so were would a web sit with one be located?

Doesn't matter where you buy it from, they all decrease your spark energy.

It's called a cop (coil on plug). As far as where to get one, it all depends on if you want a brand name or how much money you want to spend. eBay has them as does SBR.

Or you could build your own and save a bunch of money

But, as stated above, you're better off with your stock ignition system unless you have an upgraded CID.

Stock.

The stock ignition will be fine for 400hp. Honestly, most people do cop setups just for the looks.

I have the COP on my car and I have notice at high RPMs I have less signal loss to spark. And your correct they look cool..
