I installed an ACT2100 clutch kit with the street disc. I never broke it in. I was mislead by the mechanics and I started boosting right away after installing it. I drove it for 3 months and 10 days ago started hearing some friction sounds, but thought it was the tires. The sound started to become louder and louder and started appearing on 2nd, 3rd, and now even 4th gear. It is very annoying now when decelerating. I feel like the engine is going to break apart.

Shifts smooth and the pedal feels normal. It engages close to the firewall.

What are my options. Do I need a new clutch and/or PP. Will a clutch peda adjustment fix this problem?

Your engagement is already close to the firewall so there is no more adjustment you can do. If the engagement length is very long, however, it could be indicative of air in your lines and perhaps a bleed can help.

What other symptoms of clutch slip do you have other than noise? If your clutch is truly slipping, it feels very much like losing traction - motor revs up but you go nowhere. If this is not the case, it could be something else causing the problem.

Checking all your belts to make sure they are not rubbing on something.

I'll try to adjust the pedal. Every mm counts now :(

Other than the noise - there is smell of burned organic. It was tehre the very first time I drove the car on the streets after the motor swap.
When I pull it does feel loss of power.
When I really put a hard time on the clutch the pedal softens in no time (3 seconds).

Sit on a level surface and put the car in neutral with no brakes on. Free rev to 7500rpms and if the car moves at all then your clutch is dragging. When the clutch is dragging it can kill it real fast. Bet thats your issue.
