clutch pressure lost and came back ?

yesterday i was driving and my clutch lost almost all the pressure and the shifts started getin harder and harder to move threw the gears....it got so bad that at one point i had to turn the car off to put it in 1st... it seems like flywheel was burnt to the clutch... my TOB has been makin noise since the day i put it in... Every thing is fine now .... what could that have been

I had a similar issue, but in 2 days I lost hydraulic pressure and couldn't switch gears at all.
shot, clutch master cylinder and slave unit.

its just so weird that its fine now... my trans or T-case been leakin for a while... i just hadent been carin... im bout to pull it all apart... im gettin tired of this shit
