clutch pedal 2

Im very thankful for the help. So the official ruling is that the clutch has to be pressed almost to the floor to shift which is deemed normal(right?) but the point of engagement/biting can be adjusted so the clutch is not grabbing right at the point of pedal movement to release the clutch. If im wrong someone let me know. I was just wondering if there was a way where you didn't have to put the pedal to the floor to shift and it could be adjusted as well

You're losing me here. Are you wanting it to be where you dont have to push the clutch in as far?

Yes...I dont want to have to push it as far. Is this insane for me not to want that due to that being the normal amount of travel? I just dont want to have to sit so close to the steering wheel if i don't have to.

Turn the rod by the clutch pedal. Turn it towards you to lengthen,turn it away from you to shorten or vice versa i dont remember right off hand. Keep adjusting till you cant push the slave cylinder rod anymore. When you cant push the slave rod in back it out 1/4" of a turn and your done.

Then just adjust the pedal. That is exactly what you will want to do
