Hello all,

I’d like to start off by giving a bit of context,
I was battling clutch disengagement issues (grabbing right off the floor) and I bled the hell out of the system and I also added a 2g MC rod into my OEM one in process to reach the point where the bleeder is blocked off but nothing worked as it turned out to be pressure plate bolts backed out.

I’ve got a new clutch and new OEM bolts put in (ACT 2600 6 puck) and everything works great as it should.

My only concern now is that clutch disengagement is almost towards the top of pedal travel. I’ve messed with the adjustment a bit but it seems to have just shortened the throw of pedal and clutch is still grabbing way towards the top i guess it’s a good problem to have? I’m worried about overthrowing the PP or wonder if the clutch will slip when i give it some power after break in. thoughts? inputs?

What's your flywheel step height? Did you shim the pivot ball too?
.610 last clutch job (2k miles ago) i didn’t check this time and I hardly saw any wear on flywheel/PP. I used the same shim i have and it’s pointed towards driver side like previously. The only new in setup was fork/pivotball/act 6 puck clutch and OEM pp bolts
