I have the oppsite problem everyone else has with their clutch. Mine disengages at the very top ive adjusted the the rod all way in but still nothing. I just put in a new ACT 2600 with ACT Flywheel. I also had the pedal assembly out and had that all welded with new bushings, but still disengages high. Could ther be air in the line? or what any help would be great thanks.
 
Air in the system will make it feel 'spongy'. It will also have the opposite effect, making release later or not at all.

What step height did you get the flywheel cut too?

Did you shim the release lever pivot? If so, how much?

You don't by chance have a NT slave on, do you? It has a smaller bore, thus a different ratio and would cause it to release sooner.

When you got the pedal welded, it was welded in the correct position? (you didn't bias it, did you?)

Your compensation valve internal to the master cylinder may be stuck closed, which can cause it to 'pump up'. It will also be too efficient. As a last resort, if you have a spare try switching it. This is not a common failure, but a potential one if nothing else is found.
