I was doing a head gasket job on my 2g 7bolt motor and while I was cleaning the block I stuffed blue shop towels down every hole on the block so I didn't contaminate the inside of my block from scraping the old gasket off. My problem is one of the little pieces of towel would not come out and I ended up pushing it down into the engine. I just put everything back together and my plan is to use a drill to spin the crank and hopefully push it out with some oil pressure but my question is where would it get stuck at in the head? could I just take it out of the pressure regulator in the head or will the towel just break down in the oil? I am very concerned because I just rebuilt the head and switched my turbo feed to the head location.
