SO I bought the 3' CIP-2gS from Dejon Tool. Is it true i'll need a reducer coupler to fit this to my stock turbo? The website says it will fit a T25.

"General Notes for the following Intake Pipes
1. All Intake pipes are made from 16ga mandrel bent steel and powder coated inside and out except CIP-1gQ-3"
2. All couplers and clamps are included
3. To completely replace your stock pipe with all tubes order the model with the "y" at the end. If you want just one optional tube to connect your hose from the charcoal canister or valve cover vent, order the "BOV only" model, and tube separately at top of page.
4. 2 3/4" size barely clears the 14b-16g waste gate actuator but will also work with T25,T28 & 20g.
3" size fits T25,T28, 20g and Garrett T3/T4's.
3 1/2" size fits largest Garrett T3/T4'st and GMAF35 or GMAF36.
4" size fits 4" inlet turbos like Garrett S & SP Compressor housings"
 
I got the 2.75" CIP-2gS directly from Dejon and it fit on my T25 and EVO3 16G turbo. It came with a reducer coupler that was basically a smaller coupler inside a bigger one, not the expensive silcone one that actually necks down. That is what they probably sent you as well. As statment 2 says, all couplers and clamps are included. You could buy the silcone reducer if you want, but not needed.
