got my 95 eprom socketed and chipped by my1gdsm and when I received the ecu back I took it out the package and installed the ecu turned the ignition on and the mpi relay is clicking like crazy and it wont start. switched over to my spare computer and the car turns on with no issues at all. can any one shine in to my problem I know my1gdsm has good feedback from members but as we all know stuff happens.

I have socketed a few ECUs and have seen this before, usually a bad solder joint on one or more pins or pins shorted together. Look at the bottom of the pcb and see if anything looks weird, if you have a multimeter you can buzz out the socket and see if any connections are bad. buzzingout2gsocket [ECMTuning - wiki]

yes he said he can check the chip so I am going to send it back to him cause I know sometimes things like this happen I just wanted to know if it could be something stupid but the fact that my spare ecu works fine just tells me that it was something in the chip or socketing service that was done I will send it back and reply to this when I receive it back thanks guys

Its not hard to socket at all. I just socketed a spare 95 ecu the other day. Took 30 minutes. Really tough to screw up unless you dont use flux.

I sent back the ecu to my1gdsm and his email stated that there was some codes that were not matching up so he sends it back and im still having the same issues now I know the problem lies in the ecu because I have my spare and that starts the car right up and with the chipped ecu the car doesn't start and the mpi relay just clicks like crazy I am going to ost some pics of the ecu maybe someone can see something that's wrong before I open a claim with paypal to get my money back

That sucks your having issues.
Have you talked to Stacy first before a claim? I'm sure he'll take care of it.
