your going to have to wire in for the NLTS but not your sutter box.
for the sutter box just push in the clutch and put it in 1st gear and step on the gas. and watch your turbo make boost(on your boost gauge)
p.s. and dont just dump your clutch either you'll blow your tranny in a heart beat!

I'm not to sure on this response... doesn't sit well with me.

To my knowledge, if your chip has both the studder-box and NLTS features, you will need to run a wire from the clutch switch for either feature to work correctly. Try reading "How Do I Install the Clutch Wire" half way down the page on this LINK. Great info from Keydiver...

The ECU will then be able to recognize these conditions:
-Clutch IN & Standing still = Studder Box Rev Limit
-Clutch IN & Moving = NLTS Rev Limit

Hope this helps...
