But it's not throwing a single code? What are you using to check for codes?

I'd take it to your local auto parts store and have then check it as they should do it for free. Or take it to a mechanic. And if it really is stuck on, you can just remove the bulb from the cluster that way it won't light up. But, then if you really do throw a code, you won't know.

^ Bad advice. WTF

Try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes. This should clear the light and all the codes the ecu has stored. Then see if the light comes back on when you reconnect the battery and drive the car around.

if it comes back on there is obviously a CEL its throwin... if the light was shorted on... no matter if you reset your ecu, it will stay on

it might come on again if you start driving it, but if it does and the car runs good, i would say no worrie. Mine has been on forever and the car runs like a champ. It might be an o2 sensor, other wise if you have dsm link you can erase it with that, btw autozone will be able to erase it for a few minutes and once you start it again it will come back on.
