I got this check engine light and when I hooked the computer, it said manufacture control, ignition system or misfire P1390. What can I do to fix this?????

either your timing belt skipped a tooth, the belt was improperly installed, cam/crank sensor or poor conection at sensor. short or open in wiring and ecu being the least likely.
