Cel comes on when boosting

I've fixed all my other problems, now the only thing I still haven't figured out is why my cel comes on when I go into boost. It turns off when I let off the gas and that's that. I've been told it could be because of the tune.

That's what I was told, but I dont know exactly what was tuned since the last owner did it. The last owner said it had a slight tune including being tuned for injectors and a fuel pump.
