CEL when depressing Brakes

Alright, so I was teaching my sister how to drive stick today and noticed when she was pressing the brake the CEL when on. I was like but when she let go it went away. Also it only went on when she was "tapping" the brake pedal not pressing on it. Plus the car would drop to 800 RPM's when she tapped the pedal. What could this be? ABS?

Well, go get the CEL read. Get her to drive to Autozone and keep the CEL on when they test it. Any other lights pop one as well?

Nope just CEL. Everything else is fine. Could the dude that sold it to me be hiding something?

Check the CEL and its possible there might be a wire issue.
