I have been having this problem in my 90 eagle talon awd tsi for about 2 months. The problem is when I slowly accelerate the car (normal driving) the rpms get stuck at about 1500 and stutter from 1500 to 1000 back and forth even though your foot is not moving. however if you double pump the gas it will get through the stutter fine and run fine. here is a video of the issue http://media.putfile.com/Rpm-dsm
Now I hvae replaced many things in order to solve this issue here is a list of the things i have replaced plugs, wires, cas, mafs, knock sensor, fixed all boost leaks, ecu, adjusted tps in accordance to haynes manual. Before this problem I have also installed ss headers, ported turbo and o2, couplers, throttle body gasket. I really am very confused I logged a run on mmcd in neutral and I am noticing two things one of which is high knock liek 43 which I beleive is phantom, and the other is that when the car is doing this stuttering the Injector duty when the rpms drop is 0% then when it drops back to 1000rpm the duty cycle comes back. the rpms seem to be going in accordance with this dropped INJD. I also have my datalog file but I am a new member and cannot post it, unless there is another way I dont know about

I apologize, after reading it again I noticed you did state you had changed the knock sensor. Have you replaced the coil pack yet?

No I havent yet, I am considering changing that and the isc motor just in case. I wish I knew a way to post my datalog file their is deff something weird going on between isc, injd.
