car stuttering help

When I let off of the throttle while accelerating hard my car stutters and shakes violently back and forth suddenly and stops. I believe it happened after I moved my greddy electronic boost controler remote that is in the engine bay. I mounted it to the head and chaged the 6mm tube to a 4mm which I had to raise the % on the boost controler. Does this have anything to do which the stuttering or any other ideas and ways to fix this? Sorry if that doesn't make to much sense.

I mounted it to the head.

-Mount to the head? you're suppost to use the least amount of hose and stay as far away from heat as possible. I mount my on the firewall with a heat shield covering it.

Isn't that pretty far from the wastegate? Also what do you do with the stock boost control solenoid? Unplug it or just let it flow?

-I cap off the nibbles on the waste gate solenoid, I was going to mount it by the air filter, but there is too much exposure to the element there because of the way I sit my air filter, so I mount the boost solenoil to the right of the fuel filter.
