car still wont start

Ok guys check this out,car wouldnt start becuase clutch wouldnt engage,i had the tranny shop put a brasnd new tranny in with a brand new clutch kit and now the car still wont start,the car has power but im thinking maybe not enough to crank it,new battery,new alternator,new everything,can some one please help me,im selling the car in few hours and anna get it started before he gets here,before only way to start car was to push clutch in at an angle on the floor and it would start maybe they werent pushing the clutch in right

Have you tried unplugging the clutch switch connected on the back of the clutch pedal?

That way you wont have to engage the clutch to start it...

Maybe you should just adjust the saftey switch that's mounted on the clutch pedal. It's pretty simple, you just reach down there and push it back into place.

ill try that when i get to the car,so the switch is located on the clutch pedal? any other suggestions? thanks for the quick reply guys

its a switch that the clutch lever hits when you push it in so it can only be started with clutch in, can try adjusting it so you see it being pushing in on the switch or try disconnecting it then you can start it without pressing the clutch as long as you are in neutral that is good luck. hope this is what your problem is !

Well it was just what i expected, they werent pushing the clutch in correctly, the switch does need an adjustment which im going to make tommorow and decided not to sell my BABY!!! once she started up and i was behind the wheel i was like im keepin it ....so i pick it up tommorow i look forward to breakin in my new motor and tranny tommorow.....thanks guys for the replys ,highly apreciated
