car still wont start

i just re built my 91 gsx i got it running for about 10 min with no throttle respone and found out the previous owner wired in a 90 TPS and the conn. was bad i fixed that re located the battery to the back and tryed to re wired the fuel pump according to VQAF i might have done it wrong because i think i blew the MPI relay theres to spark or gas but i have fuel pressure(i have a gauge) new fuel filter but still no start is it possible i blew that relay i tested it and it didnt check out but its hard to ruin those type of relays im just wondering if the relocation of the batt. might have caused the relay to blow for how i have the fuel pump wired if anyone can help it would be very great to me i still havent been able to drive this car and i have some upgrades and wanna drive it and my mom keeps nagginging me about when its gonna leave her garage any an all help will be helpful and yes i did all this work myself so im not at all clueless to the dsm world

Unless you touched the MPI relay or really messed up the wiring when you moved the battery I can't see how you would have blown the MPI relay.

Have you checked the MPI and Ignition fuses that were on the battery positive terminal?
Have you checked that the ECU powers up when you turn the ignition on? (CEL turns on for 5 seconds)
