Car starts Slowly Cranking in "ON" postion *video*

Before i get the DO a search post. i already did and didn't get an answer . Im having a problem. when i put my car in the "ON" it starts to crank. it doesn't turn on at all. but starts to crank. Normally the car is supposed to crank in the "Start" postion. does anybody know whats going on. did i wire the starter up wrong? or did i blow a fuse or Relay? thanks for reading. hope you can help

Have you done anything recently to the car or made abig change where you could have done something wrong?

pull motor out, and put it back in.

Recheck wires you connected to starter (may have wrong one).
