Ok my car was running perfectly fine before winter when i parked it to switch a couple things up. I replaced the intake manifold with a beadblasted one just because i had it, also i put a big 16g turbo on, a wally 255, new headgasket, timing belt, fuel lab fpr, and removed all of my emissions. I have ECM link to tune with but i have never used it before so i don't really know how it works. The car will start right up first try every time but then it immediately dies out. I have adjusted the fuel pressure to 38 psi and the tps sensor is correct as well. I can keep it alive if i hit the gas but as soon as i let off it dies. I did notice that my wally 255 isn't priming itself when its in the run position but it does pump gas. I thought maybe that was the problem so i am going to rewire it to see what happens but if anyone else knows what might be causing this i would appreciate the help. Also i have a 3 inch gm maf sensor if that makes a difference.

Stock wiring, our fuel pumps don't "prime". They activate as soon as you kick the key to the 'Start' Position.

It sounds like your Throttle body is out of adjustment and your AFPR is out of wack as well. Also, go back and check to make sure that you have all vacuum ports plugged and/or routed to the correct areas since you did that Emissions delete. A vacuum leak can cause exactly what you're dealing with.

If you need information sources or links, just let me know.

A loose MAF can also cause this, mine wasn't plugging in (clicking) so I ended up having to zip tie it :(.. until I can splice in a new MAF.

Check the timing belt and see if you didn't get it off a couple teeth, rebuild my friends engine this past week and ended up being his timing belt jumped (but didn't bend any valves). It would start and then a couple seconds later it would die, and if you do then turn the engine over by hand until the timing marks line up just to be sure that nothing is going to hit.

so many changes its hard to pinpoint... fpr and maf, and vacuum leaks would be my first looks

I Did a boost leak test a while ago and the only place its leaking from is the tb gaskets... not bad enough to kill the car though. Tps sensor is adjusted to 0% throttle while sitting, but my wideband guage is always reading rich. I have the 3 inch gm maf and it the connections are fine. Also i have checked the timing every time after i have started it and it is dead on. And the gas has been in the tank a few months its by no means bad. I did notice today that after it dies the guage on the fpr stays at somewhere around 20 psi. I don't know what that could be but im assuming its not supposed to do it. Any more input will be appreciated. Thanks

Fuel pressure is too high, likely. You can't properly set the AFPR with the car off. Turn the pressure down a little and try starting it.
