Ok did a few more things to me car. I put in my egr block off and deleted all vac lines but the ones for the fpr and deleted lines going to catch can. I also installed a walbo 255. The car fires right up but then dies. Do I have to change something in link? Or is it something else? It idled fine before this.

you had the same pronlem i just fixed this morning mine did the same thing, so i instaled a new fpr and adjusted it to 37.5 and it ran great after that. minus my leaks LOL.

I had a feeling it was possible fpr. I havent install the new one yet. What about the charchole canister? I took the vac lines off that as well. Can that be also causing these issues?

What about a pin hole right in the line the fuel pump is held in?

EDIT

would not having the 4 vac ports on the TB caped cause this? They are caped now but its to late to start my car(got a notice on my dorr the othre day)

my car idles now it was poor fuel pressure. Not due to thst not being caped off. I will cap it off and see it is help anything but I dout it will

well, if the dying issue was due to the line being open on the TB (most likely) then your next problem could very well be the fuel pressure. if you think it is that, then just for $hits and giggles, remove the vac line to you regulator, then the pressure will be higher and see if it makes a difference. dont drive it that way, but it will help you narrow down the problem. if you installed a wally 255 and it just happened to be the hp (high pressure) then you need an adjustable regulator.

The tb is caped now. It wasn't properly caped ### I didn't have caps atm. I used tape for a temp cap. I do have a hp walbro and a adjustable fpr. It starts and runs now but completly cuts out after 16% throttle and about 0 vacuum.

Okay, so now that issue #1 is resolved, let's move on.

Issue #2 - AFPR : Let's first figure out what you have the fuel pressure set to. On my Talon, I misadjusted the FPR one day and the car would hardly run. What is your fuel pressure set to? Did you set it to the correct pressure with the Vacuum line off of the AFPR?

Yes I set it to 38lbs with out vacuum hooked up. Once I hooked up vacuum it droped to about 25lbs. and I couldnt even give it any throttle at idle with out running lean. So i adjusted it to 38lbs with vacuum hooked up and i could give it throttle.

Wow.. that's a hell of a drop. Did you rewire that Wally when you installed it? Try increasing your pressure to say... 45 with the vacuum off. Make sure to compensate in Link for your adjustments.

Also, just to add : When you are unplugging that line, are you plugging the line off so you don't have a vacuum leak? If you are not then it's likely messing with the true pressure in a round about way.

No I havent rewired the pump yet. Im going to order a kit this week to do so. No I didnt plug the vacuum line prior to adjusting pressure. In link I just chane the base feul pressure to what its set to with the vacuum line off?

Yes.

1 : Pull Vacuum line with car running.
2 : Plug vacuum line.
3 : Adjust AFPR to the correct pressure.
4 : Reattach Vacuum line with car running.
5 : Hop in car and adjust your fuel settings.

Ok Ill try to do that after work tomorrow. I think I broke my hand so Im still waiting to go to er LOL. Do I need to have that valve thing on the fire wall caped also from canister removal? I read a few posts that say dont cap it and some say to cap it?

Mixed opinions on that one. Some say do, some say don't. I've had both and didn't notice anything either way.

ok cool. Ill leave it the way it is. Gonna be hard to wotk on car tomorrow because I did break my hand. Ill do my best to attempt it and report back with results and possible log

Well readjusted the fuel pressure and changed it in link. Still no change I still lean out to the max at 0 vacuum and cant give it any throttle
