car sputters after warmed up at light throttle

1g n/a 5 speed,

so everytime i hop in the car on a cold start and take off it drives great, but when it gets all warmed up ( after about 15 - 20 min drive ) the car sputters and idles ruff in between 800 and 1,000 rpm, also when i am cruzin and i am barely puting pressure on the gas pedal, it sputters and rocks the car.

when its cold its faster and smooth, after 15 min drive it never gets better.

my first guess is a vaccum leak but could this be??

Does it have any faults or CEL? Also you can pick up a vacuum tester pretty cheap and do tests for vacuum...Testing Engine Vacuum Systems

I had a civic do that to me, but it threw a CEL and it was my TPS.
