Car...lurched?? while driving

i was on the expressway on the way to work today, cruising at around 65, and the car lurched..like it felt like it jumped almost. no loss of power after or anything, just kinda felt like it stopped for a split second and started right back where it left off. i think i may have a break caliper asking screwy, could it be locking up or rubbing intermittently or something?

Could it be a vaccum leak? my buddys stealth twin turboed had a major vacccum leak and every time he went from boosting into vaccum the car lurched
