car studders while driving

i tried researching and nothing comes up. my car studders while driving and while on idle it acts normal, and my vacuum is at 10 and sometimes at 7. when i drive it sounds like im boosting and the boost gauge is at 0 or 1 or 2 sometimes. its wasting a lot of gas and is not drive-able it acts like its hitting fuel cut while driving kinda like a vrooom tatata vroom tata vrooom tatatatatata vrroom
i have 560 evo injectors
a fpr
1g throttle body
fully built head with 272 cams and bored decked and polished with crower springs and retainers
and an safc2

most likely a boost leak especially if idle isnt steady

i did boost leak tests and got almost all of them i need one in the biss screw but thats it and my vaccum is at 10 or 7 and it drives but bogging all the way
