car loose power after 4500 RPM'S need help!!!!

i make almoust the same threat before,but now it's a littlebit different
when i had my stock fuel pump,the car looses the power after 3000 RPM'S,2day i changed to the walboro 190 and the car loose power on 4500-5000 RPM'S
so WTF is wrong with it???!!!
i did a boost leak test and i got leaks after 28 PSI ,my air/fuel ratio gauge shows that i'm going realy lean,did the compression test it was good (154) and now i don't know what to do?????
so it would be great to hear something from you guys

We've addressed every problem you've addressed. Go back to your other thread and actually follow the instructions that myself and many others have given you. If you don't want to do what we advise then don't post on here asking for help.

i'd say its fuel cut... search that, there's probably thousands of threads about it on here
