Car jerking when at a stop

I have an automatic 96 front wheel drive tsi. When im a a stop the car lightly jerks forward on and off. It does this when in drive and nuetral. My tranny fluid is good. My transmission runs fine execpt when the car is stoped. Please help

Ive heard that a clogged or bad injecter can cause this problem, i tried running injecter cleaner through but it hasn't stopped problem yet.
