Car Idles Rough/Shuts Off Coming Out of First Gear

I recently bought a 1996 GST FWD that grinded 2nd gear and needed a new clutch. I replaced the stock clutch with an ACT 2100, put in a new slave cylinder, along with an 8lb fidanza flywheel and a transmission that I got off craigslist which was said to work perfect in the previous car it was from. After putting everything back together the car idles rough and when trying to come out of first gear it immediately shuts off when the clutch engages, but in reverse the car drives perfectly and stays on with no problems. Id appreciate anyone's suggestions on what the cause of this problem may be because I'm clueless at this point. Thanks!

Thanks! Pretty much got the idle issue under control but the engaging issue is still there. Anyone think this may be because of the lightweight flywheel since it started after I put it in?

I got one mines just fine, check something else or tear it down and visually inspect everything i do when in doubt..
