Car idles like crap

I have tried the boost leak test have'nt been able to locate any leaks, I'm gonna attempt to return the car to stock tommorrow. But someone please help me. Any idea or clues where i should start with this thing??? I thought it was the mass air flow sensor but i just replaced that.

any cel? check timing, isc, make sure biss screw is adjusted right or atleast still there. Bad EGR valve could cause bad idle too.

yeah there is a cel light on. Im trying to figure out what it is.
