car idles like crap

when ever i drvie around the car its fine but when i stop and chill in neutral it starts acting up ........ the car will idle at normal then just start dropping and raising over and over again but never stall.... wut could this be.....

Bad ISC or vacuum leak.

Try re-grounded your pins and readusting the idle... for some reason that got rid of my idle surge...

At idle what do you vaccum at normally, and when it is acting up?

Are you running your BOV open? Happened to me when I tried to run my Greddy open. Capping the intake plug helps but it will still idle pretty crappy unless you put the return pipe back on.
