Car acting very weird

My car running very rich (so rich it fouls out the plugs in 2-3 mins of driving) and it's getting lots of knock when it should. I'll get like 40 counts of at 25% throttle and not boosting. The maf won't read and it's got a new maf that I know works and the wiring have power to the maf. It's got 660cc injectors, 190lph fuel pump and a dsmchip and maft for tuning. Here is some that I found strange I unplugged the knock sensor and it still pulling a ton of timing. Can any one help me out?

Do you have a SAFC in there? If so, it may have failed or the connection in the wiring may have failed.

Check the wires to the ecu harness. Most notably the MAS imput and output wires that the SAFC would tap into.
