Ok my car started acting kind of weird after i installed a MBC and a new alternator. The car didnt want to boost after 5000 RPMs. I hooked the OBD2 and i got these codes
- p0304 Cylinder 4 misfire
- p1103 Wastegate actuator malfunction.
and p1109 Cant find it.

So my wires where kind of old so i borrowed some new wires. In the process i took my fuel rail out and injectors to clean them. I put everything back together and turned the car on and now im in a deep hole because i don't know whats going on, Heres a video of what the car sounds like. Oh one more thing my boost gauge ust to read 20 vacuum but now its at 10

No need to spend money on a shop. I sent you a couple trusted shops in the MA area, but you should try and save your money and spend it more wisely. Just find one of us local DSMers to help you out. Most of us are more than willing to assist whenever you need it. :)

We should get together when you have all these parts on hand and help you with your headache....you know how to reach me...just gotta make it a weekend. I personally could also learn from one of the locals how to do a boost leak test for future reference. Well so far your parts list should look like this: 1G BOV, Injectors Seals, Boost leak test tool (kit), NGK BPR7ES (remember to gap them), Magnecor wires or if you want the OEM's go with NGK's and last if you haven't change the Fuel Filter i would do it also.:thumb:

OK things look good, well sort of. Today i wake up go outside and see this bright white box in my front door. Yes its my hard intake pipe LOL. I open it up and start intalling it. I finished intalling it and i turn the car on. Wow the car doesnt seems ok now. I do to my boost gauge and it reads 20 into vacuum like normal im like wow. I take i look at my stock intake and it has holes. I then start smelling gasoline i look at my injectors and BAM there gas coming out from the injectors. Im going to Home Depot to buy some rubber seals and hopefully do that by today. Heres some pics of the intake and my leaking injectors.

Yea we should get togheter a weekend and work on the cars. Yea thats pretty much the list i have to complete now. Today im getting the seals. By friday i should have the whole list completed. And yea i just added a fuel filter LOL thanks.:dsm:

Do you guys think that the rubber seals i can get at home depot are as reliable or better than injector seals i can get at a parts store?

'Cause you still got the T25 with stock boost levels (15-16PSI or less), and nowhere near enough supporting modifications to suggest otherwise. It's really not that big a deal to stick with the 6s. Will make the car run "better" than just throwing colder plugs in.

I personaly would just go get OEM ones from the dealership thats what i did. There not that exspensive.

Don't get them from the dealership. BPR6EKN plugs came from the factory, and they're crap. Just follow my link. :)

Alright so the 6s it is. What wires should i get? By Home depot racing you guys mean Home depot (home improvement store)

Sorry guys i should have made my self more clear i was talking about the injectors seals.

I would go with the COP setup. I have seen them in classfied pretty cheap. One of my buddys is selling a COP set with chrome plate and all for only 100 bux.

I got the NGK's 7'S and really you wont hurt anything by going colder...but yeah 6 or 7's would do. And as far as the injectors seal, the nearest mitsu dealer from us is in wilmington, so i would just pay a visit to homedepot (in methuen).

Yea LOL but i think theres a mitsu dealership in danvers. But hold on i started working at commonwealth the car dealer ship and they told me im working in the chevy and mitsu section. Well ill see when i start working July 1st. I went to home depot and they didnt have those rings. I went to the hardware section and checked every little draw that opened they had similar parts but not the one i needed.

If you don't get the injector seals from the dealer or auto store, Lowes and Harbor freights have a good selection.

Just go back to post #14 and click on the first link I gave you and read through the guide. You'll see the exact rubber grommets you need to get at Home Depot Racing. ;) I recommend you getting these spark plug wires. The COP (aka coil-on-plug) setup is a little overrated IMHO.

Oh ok so there not that expensive?

Nah. You can pick them up right here. Make sure you click on the OEM option. Surprising that HDR didn't have these grommets. Only reason to pick up this package is to get the top injector seals, if you need them.

You should read this guide to learn all the acronyms. You definitely need to read through all of these threads as well. They will help you learn the ABCs of DSMs.
