Captain Cook,
Hawaii
First off I have a 95 GSX with port/polish/3angle valve job on head.
FP green turbo, fic 950's, rewired walbro255, SSAC FMIC, home made piping (no boost leaks), tubular o2" housing, 3" exhaust, apexi n1, MBC, aeromotive afpr
Alright, here's my problem:
My car won't keep a steady idle at low RPM's
It will only idle steadilly at 2k RPM's and when it's revved it drops down below 2k and dies.
The wideband reads between 15.7 - 18 on idle, it moves around a lot.
I've tried increasing the values +30 on the fuel tables and it didn't seem to make a difference.
I thought it could be a fuel pressure issue, so I raised it up to around 50 PSI, and still nothing.
I checked if all the pistons are firing, and sure enough they were.
I wanna know, if my problem could be that my plugs and wires are all fouled up, because before we ran the car pig rich without a AFPR while doing runs.
It doesn't seem to burn the fuel at idle.
I just replaced the front o2, and it seemed to have helped some.
My dad thinks it could be the fuel filter doing this, but I'm not sure.
There is some logs if you are interested in my other thread located in "engine management" i can get.
Any questions please feel free to ask.
The car will not idle at low RPM's it just dies.
Thanks
