Can't hear BOV

i just installed a greddy type s BOV.. because i couldnt hear my stock bov, so i figured there was a leak or something and i replaced it. now i put the new one in and i REALLY can't hear anything. also, the car chokes a little when it's idle. does anyone know what's wrong with it?? i'm thinking maybe there's a leak in the intercooler or piping.. i know everything else is installed right.

Hummm.... Well you might want to check your vacumme lines and make sure they are not cracked and also adjust your BOV to soft and see if you can't hear it blow off. I have a Modded 1G BOV and it's one loud MOFO.

same here, my crushed 1G is way louder than my RS. Both are recirculated.
