I previously had the car tuned at 15 psi, and it was fine. I turned the boost up to 20, and im getting all of this ridiculous knock. I cant figure out what it could be. Also it seems like my afrestimate is not matching my open loop table but i could be wrong.

Attatched is a 3rd and 4th gear pull.

Your timing looks to be ridiculously low. In my logs with a much larger turbo an more boost I log almost double the timing. On another note what are you running as base timing?

Found out a wire on my knock sensor harness broke. I fixed it and im still getting knock. I do have a leak at the flange between the downpipe and test pipe, i have ordered the gasket as no auto parts place around me has them. Other than that, i knpw its not bad gas, as ive went through about 5 tanks since my first post. I have searched and searched for anything that could trigger the knock sensor and have eliminated every possibility except for the exhaust.

Still seems afrest isnt matching the openloop table.

I have eliminated the exhaust leak. Still no luck.

So far i have eliminated these possibilities:
Spark plugs
Coil pack
Fixed a broken knock sensor wire
Exhaust leaks
Blt
Switched firing order of injectors around
Removed or fixed things making noise in engine bay
Mechanical timing is correct
Ignition timing is correct

The motor has about 8k on it now. Tonight after fixing the exhaust leak, i took it out for a drive and now i feel it breaking up under boost. I have the check for misfire unchecked in ecmlink due to a 1g cas. To me it felt like a bad intermittent misfire. I have ran a evo3 16g on my previous gst with 26psi and the stock timing tables fine. I dont understand why im getting such a difference here. Ive checked and rechecked everything i can think of.
