Can't adjust boost, need help

I have a greddy electronic boost controler for my 60-1 turbo. I am stuck at 15 pounds of boost weather or not the boost controler is off (from what i understand should change it back to the stock boost controller settings) or on. I've checked the wiring, though I am not very familiar with the proper instalation because my friend did it. It used to work fine though, does anyone have any suggestions?

Try interacting with the EBC when you get in. (I just toggle the HI/LOW settings.) It defaults to a certain value until you "wake up" the unit.
