Can you drive a GST without a turbo?

Is there anyway to "Bypass" using a turbo in my eclipse GST - My turbo recently went out and it can't be rebuilt. I don't want to pay the expense to fix it right now so I was wondering if it's necessary to drive with a turbo in a 1997 Eclipse GST.

I do realize that you only need a turbo just to drive the thing but I figure you might as well upgrade so you can have more fun down the road. :)

I agree, every time I have to remove a t25 for any reason at least a 14b goes back on in its place. If you already have to do the work to take it apart might as well make it worth your while.
