I have an FP30 housing with an old huge ass tial WG. I have an FP dump tube and I'm having trouble figuring out where it should point. I've looked at a ton of pictures and I'm not finding many setups that are using this configuration that I could learn from. Does anyone have any pictures of setups with external wastegate dumps.

At this point I'm willing to dump it out of the hood vent above the exh manifold but I'm sure there will be downsides to that like rain and if my motor blows nasty exhaust all over my windshield. My car has P/S, alternator in stock location, and stock fans/shrouds for the radiator. Everything I've tried hits the radiator fan shroud. I even massaged it a little with a hammer but it's still touching and I don't think it'd be good to run the car this way.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I also figured out that my test pipe was about 3/4" too long which made the whole clocking of the o2 housing and thus the dump tube be further forward in the car than would allow the fan to fit. Putting the proper length catalytic convertor in the car allowed enough room to put the radiator with stock fans in.
