Can't be. Intake ports are too big.

You might want to check it again, Paul. Those ports are small compared to a 1G.

Everything on it indicates a 2G 4G63 head from what I can see.

Yeah you guys are right. Still looks weird though as the 2g heads I've seen there is a large flat area under the port. This one doesn't seem to have that. Only flat area appears to be just where the gasket sits.

For reference here's a 420a head. It is designed entirely different and hard to mistake the 2 if you know what they each look like. Just look for the Mopar symbol.
