Can I run my oil feed from head?

95 Talon with 7 bolt bottom and complete 6 bolt everything wlse from head gasket up. Just want to clean things up better, so feeding my TDO5 20g would look better from the head. Any input? Should be ok oil pressure?
 
The OP clearly kept great contact with the seller and made it CLEAR to not be getting a ebay turbo period! I was told it was just the ebay housing with real yes he said real 20g internals. Its a done deal, and what was said was said. His posting in the classifieds is now removed. I don't attempt to lie about anyone, I just wish it would have been addressed better. I would have spent my money on something else

Back on Topic for others of interest to wanting to ask the same question. The debat on the turbo is DONE!

I clearly didn't make this thread in haterid. I'm a member of the dsm's since 98, so when you guys asked for pic and I provided, I kinda started to worry about the sale. The seller is a great guy with good communication. My goal was to upgrade the ebay 16g on the car now to a 20g, so I wasn't sure on the oil feed issue (being a "bigger" turbo). I would like to know more about ths turbo and my Boost capabilities, oil, ect anything.
 
Seamus- way to stir the sh#t, bro. I believe you're referring to Austin aka pj91gsx, he in no way, shape or form tries to impersonate Justin. I have deal with him through ebay, here and via text and neither time he knew it was the same person and he never tried acting like anyone else... especially Justin LOL. I've had nothing but good experiences with him.

It is not pj91gsx, and where did I ever imply that it was him? I have bought parts from him in the past and got what I was expecting.. I clearly stated that the guy lives in Pennsylvania. Pj91gsx lives in texas or somehting if I remember correctly.

the easiest way to oil it is to run it from the head with a factory feed line. It has to be an oem line. I have seen the "ebay" feed lines, they do not have the restrictor in them that the factory line does. So that is how you should do it unless oyu have a really good reason not to go from the head.

If you have balance shafts, you can run it form the OFH with a .075 restrictor. If you have balance shafts removed and port work, you really need to verify your feed pressure, but you probably need sopmething in the .065 neighborhood.

I don't have balance shafts and I do have the oem feed line still, but with my t3 manifold, I had to buy a t3 to t4 adaptor which lowered turbo a bit
