Along with my turbo conversion which i will mostly run stock for the time being (14b turbo, wastegate, possibly a different BOV, and aftermarket intercooler) when it is all finished, still concluding if i should upgrade cams or find stock turbo ones.

dsmgraveyard has a stage 1 head which not a bad price for starters and want something stronger than just a stock head and valve train. Ive looked at their site and with the head you can/could choose from 272 or 274 cams (their own grind).
Wondering if this cam upgrade would be worth it for my build and money, also i am going with a 6bolt crank with npr 2g pistons bigger rods, 8.5:1 but im sure the vast majority of you know this already :p

thanks

If your going for a low hp build such as 200-250 than I wouldnt get the cams....Save the money for maintenance or a datalogger and wideband.

If your going for a higher HP build than I would get a pair of 264's to compliment the 14b, although I would recommend going with a Big16g and some 272's

Good luck!

thank you, and yes i have future plans upgrading the turbo and fuel system later on if this all goes well :).

So it wouldn't be a total waste of money but would it be a nifty upgrade
