Cams help

Im pretty confused on cams I just saw my friends cams because he had a head off all stock and his cams where a bit different from mine :/ mine dont have anything just a simbol wich is this ---> B: thats all its on the corner next to the cam gears I dont have any pictures of the cams and ive looked around searched for cams with the same simbol and havent found any if anyone knows something or has then or any help is good thanks guys I apreciate the help!

If you can get a picture up it would help TREMENDOUSLY. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say they're most likely stock. Really need a picture though...

Alright that would be good. But in the mean time, does the idle lope? That's usually an easy way to tell.

No my rpm's are from 638 to 743

Depends on the cams also.. I have 264s and the only reason I know they aren't stock is because the vacuum is lower than before.
