Cam identification

I bought a used head from someone recently on the classified section here, it came with some cams that he thinks were 272s. Was told the engine had a slight lope while they were on his car, but he had no idea what kind they are. So im trying to see if anyone could maybe identify these before i use them because i need to get them threaded for a 97 cas. Thanks

might be kelford cams they are defintely not stock. but im unsure of the marking numbers.

They are a stock cam, what they came out of I do not know.
