I was talkin with one of my friends and he told me that the '90 cam angle sensor was too weak to hold a tune. I was wondering if that was true, if it is im going to have to make a trip to the junk yard and get a '91 sensor. Its not a big deal, i just wanted to know if anyone has heard anything like that?:dsm:

WTF Does he/she mean phisically will fall apart or that it does not generate a strong enough signal?

Either way, I'd keep him your friend and not your DSM mechanic, as he is wrong.

yes he is wrong. They are basically the same thing as the 91+ ones. However you are stuck with using a 90 anyway since they have a wiring harness and the 91+ ones do not
