Since the say I bought my car, it has made a periodic buzzing noise from the passenger side under the hood. It used to only do it while the key was in the start position but now it does it all the time even with the key out. This has become a problem because 1, it is very annoying, and 2, it is running my battery dead over night. It seems to be coming from the thing under the hood all the way to the left that almost looks like some sort of pump with a few hoses going into it. Does anyone know what this is.
