buying new block

hey all,
where can i find a 6 bolt or 7 bolt block? ive looked on all the links i could find and done all kinds of searching and cant find anything that is for real. im looking to spend between 800-1500 for a block/head and intake mani. any ideas that will help?

You should be able to get a complete high mileage 6 bolt block from a junk yard with manifold, TB, cams, the works for $200. I just got one for $150 but no TB.
