...and you really expect this jackass to know what injectors he has after selling you a 1G intercooler for your 2G?

I'm pretty sure the injectors he's talking about are PTE's, but whether they're 880's or not is yet to be determined.

i'll post a pic of them when i finally do get them. but yea, i hear what your saying . i'll be sure to scrutinize them heavily once I get up there tomorrow. Anything I should keep an eye out for with those injectors? I already know its gonna need new upper and lower seals, which i'll be right down the street from extreme psi so i'll just get those there.

There should be no cutting of any subframe when installing a FMIC in a 1g, or a 2g I believe, but I dont work on many of them. The subframes are no where near where the intercooler installed. An enlargening and cutting of the "D" shaped holes are whats needed. And some trimming of the stock bumper support if need be, I did it to make the intercooler sit flush and not extend below the bumper, I also have an ETS, but its based on the same design FMIC.

Yea it is, also known as the bumper. I know some call the plastic part that goes over as the bumper, but its the bumper cover really.

It does weigh a considerable amount and ditching can benefit you. Its at least 15 lbs. I still have mine because my talon was my daily and god forbid an asshat in front of me stops short, I would loss my whole set up and damage the uniframe if I crashed.
