1G Burning oil

Ok so I just checked my oil today and im about a quart low. I have driven about 1.5k after last oil change. Is this a big deal?

Ehh.. Depends how many miles and shit. Try a little thicker oil and see if it still burns that much. If so, it's in need of a rebuild soon.

What weight oil? 40w? Oh and for got to mention I got 126k miles

You dont really need a rebuild really. could also be your valve seals are going bad. and do you have a catch can ?

There are a few ways these engines typically lose oil. Leaks, valve stem seals(which show themselves with oil smoke after idle), poor cylinder walls and rings(which can show as high crankcase pressure under boost, and smoking under boost), and a bad turbo(which usually smokes under boost if you're losing lots of oil).
