When I start up my car there's always a nice blue cloud that greets me and if I sit at a stoplight for more than 5 seconds the car starts smoking blue smoke.

My compression was good:
160-160-170-165

We did a wet test and it put the numbers in the 190s and 200s.

I'm burning about a quart of oil every 100ish miles.

No oil in the intake. So it's not the turbo...

Any suggestions? Step by steps?

valve seals. my 1990 had that problem. i can post you a video of it if your interested.

valve seals and guides.... when i got my eclipse i noticed that at idle it would load up and start to smoke and then dump out a nice cloud when i started to move again. after replaceing the guides and seals the problem is gone.:thumb:

im gonna upload it to youtube again and pm you the link to it. it was from before i did my high end rebuilt with the crap load of parts that i got but the first thing i did was replace the valve seals untill i got the car into a garage for a complete tear down. as soon as i replaced the seals the smoke went away almost immediatly.

i replaced the valve seals while the head was still on the engine to avoid having to replace gaskets and stuff to avoid a big hassle.

Valve seals. did you do a leakdown test??
Would the P1105 error cause the motor to smoke by throwing to much fuel? Your post sounds real familiar to mine. I just built the motor and now I get the same puff of smoke when sitting at a light. I changed the fuel pressure regulator today and kept erasing the P1105 code but it keeps coming up after a few minutes of idleing! So I just ordered the Fuel pressure sensor today. I also changed the Valve seals a lot of the smoke stopped after that but still a hint of blue / white smoke. Please help if possible

Thanks
