burning coolant

i just want to know how i can diagnose if its the head gasket or the turbo that is burning coolant...

i have white smoke comming out the exhaust ... the level of coolant is going down in the thermostat housing but not in the tank...
i've checked the #1 sparkplug... dry and no white trace...

i just replace the turbo with a used stock one... but dont wanna change it again if its not the problem...

ill check all the sparkplug later this week and put my results in here as soon i have it

If it's the turbo you'll be burning oil, not coolant. Take off your intake pipe going to the turbo inlet, if your seals are blown it will be pretty obvious (oil coating on compressor cover inlet and probably some oil in your intake pipe).

Also if it starts smoking more under boost chances are it's your turbo.

A compression test will tell you if it's the head gasket.

yep check your compression thats how i found out i blew mine.
