Yeah so I got this FMIC its a no name brand but looks like this one

Mitsubishi Eclipse 95-99 FMIC Front Mount Intercooler:eBay Motors (item 370242124905 end time Sep-06-09 21:26:44 PDT)

When I tried to remove the bumper the bolts were all rusted and snapped off :( so I never got the bumper off today and not even sure this will fit on my talon. Will I need a new bumper for this, and if I want to run around 15psi is a FMIC necessary because if not I might not even do it, dont feel like replacing bumper, if anyone has a detailed picture tutorial on the removal of the bumper i would like it LOL thanks

To remove the front bumper is easy. Take the 5 bolts on top off, 2 bolts on each side of the bumper ends, right above the bumper lights on the inside, and assuming you have the bumper support and all that junk in there and have never removed it, you can just cut away with a knife the plastic that is being held on by a screw which is in front underneath of each light when you tug the bumper outward, then the bumper should be able to come off easily.
